How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion

1. Open the FiWi Community app
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll to the Support section
4. Tap Delete Profile
5. Confirm the deletion by checking the confirmation box and tapping Delete

Option 2: Email Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Please include your full name and community name so we can locate your account.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your personal information including your name, email, phone number, profile photo, and household data. Data associated with community records (such as visitor logs and invoice history) may be retained by your community in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
